REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all purchases from Delish & Co. are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind

Dissatisfaction with taste or appearance

Ordering the wrong product

Receiving a gift you do not want
All sales are strictly final.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
This includes:

Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Theft or loss after delivery
-
The customer not being available to receive the parcel
-
Delivery left with security, receptionist, or third party
3. Courier Loss, Delay, or Damage
Delish & Co. is not liable for parcels that are:

Lost by the courier

Damaged in transit
-
Delayed in transit
-
Misrouted by the courier
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for courier-related issues. Customers must file a claim directly with the courier.
4. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

The order will not be refunded

A new order must be placed if you want the items resent

Any courier redelivery fees must be paid by the customer
Once an order has been dispatched, addresses cannot be changed.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. Because all items are made to order and perishable, all purchases are final.
SHIPPING POLICY
At Delish & Co., every order is handmade and prepared in small batches over the weekend and dispatched on Mondays to maintain optimal freshness during transit. All orders are shipped using trusted courier partners.
By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms:
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped only once payment has cleared.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates:

Major Cities: 2–3 business days

Outlying / Rural Areas: 3–5 business days
These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Courier Liability
Once the parcel has been collected by the courier, Delish & Co. is no longer responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If an issue occurs in transit, the customer must log a claim directly with the courier. We will assist with information if needed, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for courier-related problems.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
Delish & Co. will not be liable for:

Parcels delivered to an incorrect customer-provided address

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

Additional courier fees for re-delivery or redirection
Any extra shipping costs due to address errors must be paid by the customer.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered. No further responsibility lies with Delish & Co.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of courier delays or courier-related issues
While we always aim for timely delivery, estimated arrival times may vary during peak season.
