REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all purchases from Delish & Co. are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind

Dissatisfaction with taste or appearance

Ordering the wrong product
-
Receiving a gift you do not want
All sales are strictly final.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
This includes:

Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Theft or loss after delivery
-
The customer not being available to receive the parcel
-
Delivery left with security, receptionist, or third party
3. Courier Loss, Delay, or Damage
Delish & Co. is not liable for parcels that are:

Lost by the courier
-
Damaged in transit
-
Delayed in transit
-
Misrouted by the courier
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for courier-related issues. Customers must file a claim directly with the courier.
4. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

The order will not be refunded

A new order must be placed if you want the items resent

Any courier redelivery fees must be paid by the customer
Once an order has been dispatched, addresses cannot be changed.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. Because all items are made to order and perishable, all purchases are final.
SHIPPING POLICY
At Delish & Co. products are baked fresh over the weekend in customised batches.
Dispatch:
• Orders placed between a Monday–Saturday, will ship the following Monday
• Orders placed on a Sunday ship Tuesday
Delivery (after dispatch):
• 2–3 business days (major cities)
• 3–5 business days (regional areas)
